Clothing: Amy usually wears jeans or sweatpants in the winter and shorts or capri's in the summer with camisole tops or t-shirts.

Jewelry: Rarely wears earrings, no rings

Circumstances of Disappearance: Amy was last seen by her girlfriend at a local mall on Nov. 8, 2009. She drives a 4-door 2001 silver Chevy Malibu, plate number BUV 4013. She may be with her boyfriend, a black male, 5ft. 9-10 with a slim build who may wear glasses. They are both unemployed and may have traveled out of state, possibly to KY, OH, or TN, to seek employment. Amy is a preschool teacher and the boyfriend was looking for a job as a security officer. Amy had told her family that the boyfriend owns a firearm. They had a fire in their apartment complex in April 2009 and lost all of their possessions. The family and a friend states that the boyfriend may be abusive to Amy.

Medical Conditions: Amy may have been suffering from depression.

LE has closed Amy's case, stating there is no evidence she is anything but voluntarily missing. Amy has made no contact with her family.

Since LE has closed the case, we must move this to Located, but we're noting that in our eyes, and in the eyes of the family, she is still missing.
