Oakland police ask for help in search for missing woman

The Oakland Police Department's special victims unit is asking for the public's help to locate an at-risk 41-year-old woman.

Police said Sabrina Phillips was last seen on July 24 by her mother in Oakland. She may be suicidal.

Phillips is described as an African-American woman weighing 160 pounds and standing at 5 foot 4 inches.
