Missing Since: February 14, 2007 from Phoenix, Arizona

Date of Birth: March 16, 1969
Age: 37 years old
Height and Weight: 5'11, 140 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Taylor's hair may be colored red. She has pierced ears and a small, indentation-type scar under her left knee. She broke her leg as a child. Taylor may use the last name Crifasi.
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A light-colored long-sleeved shirt and blue jean shorts.
Medical Conditions: Taylor has an unspecified medical condition and may need medication.
 
Details of Disappearance

Taylor was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 14, 2007 at a friend's residence in the 3400 block of east Dahlia in Phoenix, Arizona. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
