Jewelry: Black sports watch worn on left wrist.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Charles was last seen in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Atlantic Blvd. in Atlantic Beach, FL. His black 1992 Jeep Cherokee was located in April 1994 at an airport parking garage in the vicinity of the 2200 block of E. Imperial Hwy in El Segundo, CA.
