Did Carmen Drive Into Trouble?

Carmen Pearcy, 48, left to pick up her three grandchildren for the weekend, but never made it. Between her home and her son's home--she disappeared. She was last seen driving her dark green Ford F-150 in Redding, California.

Carmen is 5'1" and weighs 120 lbs. Her attire when she disappeared is unknown. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She wears a gold wedding band with pearl shaped cubic zirconium. Also on her left hand she wears a black hills gold ring with a ruby, worn on her middle finger, and a gold pinky ring.

A Few Clues Keep Family Hopeful
Carmen's family thought they had found a break when someone spotted her. She was seen checking into a mission in Klamath Falls, Oregon on June 19, just one day after she disappeared. Carmen apparently went into this mission asking for food and to pray in their chapel. The mission workers claimed that she seemed "loopy" and not like an ordinary street person. Carmen then proceeded to eat and pray yet she refused to stay the night. The workers said that Carmen walked away alone. The next morning she returned for another and final meal.

Carmen's truck became the second clue. Her Ford F-150 was found abandoned in the vicinity of Interstate 5 near Gillman, California on June 20. The family hoped there would be signs leading to where Carmen was, but yet they were sadly disappointed when no clues were found.

No one has seen or heard from Carmen since her visit to the Oregon Mission. Her family remains optimistic emailing several missions a few times each month. They have yet to receive any replies.
