At least 100 people gathered at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield on Saturday to pray for the safe return of a missing mother of three.

More than three days after 39-year-old Jacque Sue Waller was last seen in Jackson, police haven't found or announced an arrest connected to her disappearance, though they announced Friday the seizure of a boat and a truck in the case.

Waller was last seen at 5 p.m. Wednesday, and on Thursday police announced the Cape Girardeau/Bollinger County Major Case Squad was looking into her disappearance.

Although Waller was still missing Saturday, police located a boat they said Thursday was connected to the investigation, according to Jackson Lt. Rodney Barnes, public information officer for the case squad.

June 6th, 2011
02:26 PM ET

Police say they now have a person of interest in the disappearance of a mother of triplets whose car was found abandoned on I-55 in Missouri last week.

39-year-old Jacque Sue Waller’s mother posted on Facebook Thursday that her daughter had gone to Cape Girardeau on June 1 to file divorce papers and never returned. Family members reported her missing, and Lt. Rodney Barnes of the Jackson Police Department said that authorities do suspect foul play in the case.

FARMINGTON, Mo. -- For a group of childhood friends, coworkers and relatives searching for answers to Jacque Sue Waller's June 1 disappearance the only thing left to do is pray.
"God is the refuge of the Rawson family ... to all of us," the Rev. Craig Bondenschatz said Thursday at a vigil for Waller, last seen nine days ago in Jackson.

Following a group prayer, Stan Rawson addressed the crowd of around 200 and acknowledged the extensive investigative work of the Cape Girardeau/Bollinger County Major Case Squad, which was activated June 2 to look into Waller's disappearance.

Friends, family and co-workers of Jacque Sue Waller, missing from Jackson since June 1, are doing everything they can to keep their loved one's memory alive.
Tina Burrows Hitt of Cape Girardeau, who has recently set up a committee to help organize fundraisers to benefit Waller's triplets, knows her friend of many years would do the same for the people in her life.

A July 9 yard sale at Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Jackson is first on the list of events. The committee will meet today, Hitt said, to finalize details.

Missing Woman's Estranged Husband Posts On Her Facebook Page

By Andy Banker

FARMINGTON, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com)— There's been a new development in the case of a missing mother from Farmington, Jacque Waller, 39.

Her parents heard from her estranged husband, Clay Waller, for the first time since shortly after her disappearance, via a message he appeared to have posted on Jacque's Facebook page.

Jacque's family members did not believe what was in that message.

Her mother, Ruby Rawson said if Clay Waller posted that message and meant things like, "Honey, I miss and love you so much," then her family, police, and the news media would have heard from him long before now.

Volunteers search woods for woman missing from Jackson

Sunday, June 26, 2011
By Erin Hevern ~ Southeast Missourian

Snakes, ticks and steamy weather didn't cripple a deep-woods search Sunday for Jacque Sue Waller, missing from Jackson for nearly a month.
Stick together and holler if you've found something, Jackson Police Department Capt. Bob Bonney instructed a group of around 30 that gathered in a wilderness area in Cape Girardeau County.

"What you're doing is admirable, but take care of yourself first," Bonney told the group. "If we find anything, nobody touches anything."

Crime & Courts
Published July 17, 2011

JACKSON, Mo. -- Concerns for the welfare of a missing Missouri mother were growing Sunday after a large volunteer search found no trace of her.

More than 200 volunteers assembled Saturday in Jackson, Mo., to search for clues in the disappearance of Jacque Sue Waller, but no discoveries were reported.

Waller, a 39-year-old mother of young triplets, was reported missing June 1 shortly after visiting with her estranged husband, James "Clay" Waller, at his Jackson home.

Her car was found abandoned along a state highway in what police suspect could be a scene staged to look like an abduction.

The more than 100 volunteers who combed through more than 90 rural acres in Cape Girardeau County over the weekend had one goal in mind -- bringing home Jacque Sue Waller.
Missing almost 50 days, Waller was last seen by her estranged husband, Clay Waller, in Jackson.

Although the searches Saturday and Sunday turned up no evidence that led to Waller, volunteers are still motivated, now more than ever.

"It was a big turnout," said Laura Helbig, a search volunteer.

Jacque Sue Waller Case: Husband Of Missing Missouri Mom Denies Mocking Searchers

First Posted: 7/21/11 05:24 PM ET Updated: 7/21/11 05:52 PM ET

The estranged husband of Jacque Sue Waller, the missing mother of young triplets from Missouri, is denying reports through his attorney that he has been mocking search volunteers and impeding the investigation.

At least one volunteer claims James "Clay" Waller shot his middle finger at searchers, laughed and blew kisses at them, and otherwise acted in a harassing manner.

This comes as Jackson Police Chief James Humphreys tells FoxNews.com that Waller is "not cooperating the way we hope he would."

Waller's lawyer denies all of these assertions.

Family of missing Missouri mom seeking answers

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- A home movie shows a devoted mother, her pride evident as her 5-year-old triplets ditch the training wheels and ride their bikes for the first time without help.

Frozen in time, the moment reminds Jacque Sue Waller's son and two daughters of their 39-year-old mother's love amid the domestic uproar that threatened their parents' 17-year-marriage. The children's questions about her current whereabouts are more difficult to handle.

"At night, when they go to bed and say prayers, they want to know where Mommy is," said Ruby Rawson, Waller's mother.
