Circumstances of Disappearance: Richard left at 11:30pm Saturday in a 2004 Dodge extended cab short bed pick up truck with a silver hard bed cover with Texas license number 60V-NX2. He was heading south towards Waco, Texas.
Medical Conditions: He has severe dementia and is being treated for symptoms of Alzheimers. He also has Type-2 Diabetes and is need of medication.
