Clothing: He was last seen wearing a black knee-length wool dress coat, blue jeans, a gray and black scarf, and white leather shoes. Louis speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
Circumstances of Disappearance: He left his father's car with the engine running in the parking lot of the Da Zhong Hua Super Market. This occurred at about 6:50 PM on February 1st. His father was inside the store. It is believed that Louis has his New Jersey driver license and about $300 cash with him. He might remain in the NY/NJ metro area, or he may take a bus or use other forms of transportation to travel to Chicago, California, or southern states.
Medical Conditions: Louis is on medication for schizophrenia.
