Lighting the Candle of Hope Robert Cooke of the Rachel Alert Network, and Kelly Jolkowski light the Candle of Hope at ceremonies at the annual New York State Missing Person's Day, held in April 2004. Doug and Mary Lyall, founders of The Center for Hope, look on.
Nebraska Governer Michael Johanns signs proclamation Nebraska State Governor Mike Johanns signs the proclamation for State Missing Person's Week, which was held June 13-19, 2004. Jim and Kelly Jolkowski participated in the ceremony and presented the Governor with Project Jason's Personal ID Kits for each member of his family.
