Clothing: Long sleeve blue jacket, navy blue sweater, green dress pants.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Rodney was last seen leaving his residence at approximately 8:30am in the vicinity of the 1700 block of Peabody Ave. in Memphis, TN. His vehicle, described as a white 2002 Dodge Caravan, was found later that day abandoned on the I-40 bridge in the eastbound lane.
Rodney has a medical condition and needs medication.
