Circumstances of Disappearance:  Unknown. Frank was last seen at approximately 9:00am at his residence in the vicinity of the 100 block of Oak St. in Westerly, RI. His vehicle was later located in his driveway and all belongings were also located.

Missing since February 7, 1999 from Westerly, Rhode Island
Classification: Endangered Missing

Date Of Birth: December 5, 1959
Age at Time of Disappearance: 39 years old
Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 71"; 170 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Black hair; brown eyes.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Frank was last seen at approximately 9:00am at his residence in the vicinity of the 100 block of Oak Street in Westerly, RI.

His vehicle was later located in his driveway and all belongings were also located. One of two pistols he was said to have owned was also missing.

Family members alerted police after he failed to pick up his son from school. Police and private investigators scoured two states - even exploring the local quarries - without turning up a single trace of Mazzella.
