"Come join us in celebrating and honoring all of the public servants in the Omaha Metropolitan Area! But don't forget to stay after the game for a great fireworks show!"
Project Jason is honored to be a part of the Omaha Royals 4th Annual Public Service Appreciation Night. The event will take place at Omaha's Rosenblatt Stadium on Saturday, August 28, 2010. The event time is from 5:00-7:00pm.
Area fire, police, emergency and military personnel, and nonprofit organization Project Jason have been invited to set up displays to demonstrate and educate the public how they make a difference in our community on a daily basis.

Project Jason's ID Kitty meets with his "cousin", the Omaha Royal's Casey.
Project Jason's mascot, I.D. Kitty, will make an appearance at this event. He is a large, warm and fuzzy, 6-foot-tall live action figure designed to take the "fear factor" out of obtaining and creating I.D. Kits, which should be part of every household, and for every family member. Children will be delighted by him, and parents will appreciate how Project Jason is working to help keep every member of the household safe. The public can visit I.D. Kitty at the main parking lot and to get FREE I.D. Kits!
