Local Needs for the 2016 Retreat
We need to find someone who knows a florist who would donate one single wrapped rose for each attendee family. (Approx 20) The rose would have some baby's breath and a water tube attached to preserve it. This is needed for the Saturday evening vigil. If the donor cannot bring them to us on Saturday afternoon, they would have to be at a florist near the retreat center, as we don't have the staff to travel far for a pickup.
One quality 8x10 photo frame for each represented family (would prefer frames to be alike) OR one (each attendee, approx 20) quality 8x11 lucite stand for tribute posters.
Would prefer something like this: http://www.officedep...L-frame-1-Each/
2 licensed massage therapists to provide free chair massages onsite during the day on Saturday. They can work in the morning or in the afternoon. They may bring a tip jar, but may not solicit donations. They would need to bring their own portable massage chair.
Note: The retreat will be held at Savior Pastoral Center, 12601 Parallel Pkwy, Kansas City, KS 66109.
Other items..nice to have, but not as important as the needs listed above:
Coffee mugs with Keys logo imprinted, one for each attendee and volunteer staff
Pens with the Keys logo or text imprinted, one for each attendee and volunteer staff
Adult Coloring Books and colored pencils, one set for each attendee
One of each gift for is needed for each attendee. Example: If we have 20 attendees, we would need 20 of each donated item.
Product donations or mailed monetary donations can be sent to Project Jason, PO Box 59054,Renton WA 98058
